Well the New Year is nearly upon us and maybe some of those resolutions from last year are starting to find their way back on to this years list.

There are a lots of reasons for people wanting to stop smoking. Stopping anything on your own can be a little hard, that is why we have found that our Stop Smoking Group sessions have become a very popular way for pope giving up. Supported in many ways, our 'smokers' who wanted to stop smoking from last year and that is all 42 of them have not gone back to smoking. And of that 42 none of them have put on any weight that seems to be synonymous with giving up smoking.

This year we are hoping to run Stop Smoking groups throughout the year.
