If you are seeking change in the North East then John is your man. He puts the word gentle into gentleman. After 10 plus years working in HR Rachel now applies her skill-set
to coaching both personal and business clients as well as delivering HR
and Leadership development training.
Both professionally and personally Rachel has received acknowledgement
of her ability to connect with people - which she believes helps her accelerate the coaching and training experience with her clients.
With a degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology
and a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, she's is a monthly attendee of the Association For Coaching - co-coaching group, where she continues to develop and enhance her coaching skills with other coaches. One of Rachel's personal goals for this year is to become a qualified NLP practitioner which she believes will compliment her coaching tool kit.
